PRT is a stewardship trust that generates financial returns through the active regeneration of land. The brand exists to make that thesis legible to stewards, investors, and partners — and to hold the gains where they are grown. Every later rule in this book obeys this premise.

Short declarative anchors among longer technical passages. Contrast extraction with regeneration. The "→" suffix is the canonical CTA marker (e.g. "Participate →"). Third person; never "you." Numbers, where shown publicly, are always attributed third-party research — never PRT performance.

MARKS AND ASSETS
The tree is quartered — canopy and root, land and water — around a single trunk. It is supplied artwork: never redrawn, recolored, cropped to a fragment, rotated, or rebuilt in CSS. The Five Capitals marks are a separate notation and never stand in for the logo.
19 TOKENS
All three lanes route through one Delaware Statutory Trust — PRT issues A/B/C units, holds NAV, and enforces covenants; PRT Management Corp is the execution manager (origination, MRV/reporting, RCCS ops, risk & treasury) and never holds capital directly.
Vertex order is fixed clockwise from the top: Natural, Human, Social, Built, Financial — Na · Hu · So · Bu · Fi. The centre node is anthracite — the trust that holds all five. Fill is teal at 7%; spokes are hairline #E1DDD6. Labels are Inter 700, 15px, each in its own capital color.
Never reorder the vertices, never substitute the capital colors, never render the pentagon in a single color, and never abbreviate a capital to a single initial — the two-letter code is the short form. When five capitals are managed together each lifts the others — the interaction is what the Integration Premium prices.

Diagrams use the Five Capitals token hues; labels in mono; "Illustrative · conceptual" tag on anything not measured.
1.5px stroke, square cap. Icons defer to words; never decorative filler.
Until real photography is delivered, every image position on the site is an open drop-slot — never a placeholder illustration.

Max content width ~1180px. Generous vertical rhythm. Dark movement bands signal seriousness, chosen deliberately — not on every section.

Paper #F7F6F3 ground, #EDEAE4 alternating bands, white card surfaces, gold accents, anthracite ink. Decks, PDFs, and the PPM reuse the same tokens.
Executive summary and PPM export cleanly to print before web-only enhancements count as complete.
Screens prioritize scanning and token-backed density. prefers-reduced-motion always honored.

WHAT CHANGED AND THE RULES THAT FOLLOW

The capital flow runs on a white card and paper ground. The soft dark (#2B3340 ground, #36404F shell) is the only dark version. Home embeds it static, with no title and no controls. The Model page keeps the full controls.
No decorative animation on cards or boxes. The one exception is the Four Phases tabs, which pulse once in sequence to show they can be opened. Respect reduced-motion settings everywhere.
Every document download or read links to the Library (library.zoen.earth). The PPM stays gated. No site page links to a raw PDF.
Each of the six principle strips carries one picture under a tint of its color: Wholeness the watershed town, Essence soil layers, Potential a drawing, Nestedness the One Place cutaway, Development a path from cracked ground to grass, Reciprocity people tending a spring.

LEGAL + ENGINEERING
Messaging is governed: every PRT surface leads with "stewardship," avoids guaranteed-return or hypothetical-performance language, and keeps internal canon out of public copy. No hard financial numbers — no IRR, fund size, NAV/INAV values, return %, or ticket sizes — appear on public pages. Real figures are disclosed only post-KYC, governed by the PPM.
