Request offering materials →The mission is written into the Trust, not held by intent.
A mandate the instrument holds, not only the principal.
A mandate held by intent is exposed at every handoff. Nothing binds a successor to it, and a fund built to exit sells on its own calendar, not the family’s.
One Unit carries both mandates.
One blended Unit carries the income mandate and the mission mandate together. The covenant sits in the Declaration of Trust, the term is perpetual, and succession changes who holds the Unit, not what it is for.
Stewardship covenants are fixed in the governing documents. No later manager can loosen them.
No fund life and no forced exit. Dissolving the Trust requires an 80% supermajority.
Units transact at Pricing NAV. After the 36-month lock-up, semi-annual redemption requests are subject to caps, liquidity coverage, queuing and suspension.

Cerulli Associates, U.S. HNW/UHNW Markets 2024Family Office
A Delaware Statutory Trust offered under Reg D 506(c), holding one class of blended Unit. Capital deploys across three lanes: real assets (Place Fund), verified living assets (VLAS) and enabling companies (RDC).
The Trust has a perpetual term, so there is no fund end and no forced sale. Units can pass between generations while the stewardship covenants stay fixed in the Declaration of Trust.
Stewardship covenants sit in the governing documents rather than a side letter, and dissolving the Trust requires an 80% supermajority.
Capital enters through the blended Unit rather than project by project. Place-specific grant capital can be held below the Trust against a named project. Terms are set out in the Private Placement Memorandum, available to verified accredited investors.
Tax treatment depends on the investor and is addressed in the PPM. Nothing on this site is tax advice.
Units carry a 36-month lock-up. After that, redemption windows open every June 30 and December 31 on 90 days’ notice, paid from realized cash rather than forced sales.
At Pricing NAV, which never exceeds Appraisal NAV. Uncontracted credits are excluded and liquidity and reserve haircuts apply before any price is set.
No performance, return or NAV figures are published on this site. Terms are set out in the Private Placement Memorandum, available to verified accredited investors.
